What do you do?
POL is a car upholstery workshop in Rijeka, Croatia. We make made-to-measure car seat covers and upholster everything inside a vehicle: seats, steering wheels, gear knobs, headliners and door panels, and we make custom car mats. We also do repairs and complete interiors.
Which vehicles do you work on?
Cars, trucks, camper vans, motorcycles and scooters, and classic cars — from a single seat to a complete interior.
Do you replace car headliners?
Yes. When the headliner sags, is damaged or you want a different colour, we make a new one — in the original or a new colour.
Do you re-trim steering wheels and gear knobs?
Yes, in genuine or synthetic leather, with contrast stitching in the colour of your interior if you like.
Do you make motorcycle and scooter seats?
Yes. We re-cover motorcycle and scooter seats, one-piece or two-piece, with lettering, stripes or a motif of your choice.
Do you do truck cab interiors?
Yes: driver and passenger seats, steering wheel, panels and mats in one design — often with a motif or in the company colours.
Do you restore classic car interiors?
Yes. We bring back the original look or, if you prefer, give the interior a new character — seats, door panels, headliner and carpets.
Can you make my own motif or logo?
Yes. A name, company logo, club crest or drawing can be embossed in relief on the backrest or done in colour. Send us the motif in the best quality you have.
Which materials do you use?
Genuine and synthetic leather, fabrics and velour. Together we choose what suits the vehicle, how you use it and your taste.
Do you repair damaged seats?
Yes — torn, worn or damaged seats, steering wheels and panels. Send us a photo of the damage and we will tell you what can be done.
Price, timing and booking
How much does it cost?
Every job is different, so we quote once we have seen the vehicle or photos and agreed on materials and design. The consultation and design proposal are free.
How long does it take?
Seat covers for a whole car are usually ready in one working day, and so is the upholstery of a seat or a steering wheel. Trucks take longer — the timing depends on the project and is agreed in advance.
Can I get a replacement car?
Yes. While we make your seat covers we offer a replacement car — just tell us when you book.
How do I book?

Do you work for customers outside Croatia?
Yes, our work can be found all over Europe. E-mail us photos of your vehicle and we will arrange the details.
About the workshop
Where are you and when are you open?
The workshop is in Rijeka, Croatia, at Ulica Franje Račkoga 76. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00; closed on weekends.
Is there parking?
Yes. You drive into the workshop courtyard, which has parking for up to 10 cars.
How long have you been in business?
POL was founded in 1992 in Rijeka, and we have been making our own made-to-measure car seat covers since 1996 — more than 30 years of experience.
