What should you send us?
The more we know about your vehicle and your idea, the faster and more precisely we can reply.
Send an enquiry- Make, model and year of your vehicle
- A few photos of the seats and interior as they are now
- What you would like done — seat covers, steering wheel, headliner, mats or the whole interior
- Your idea for colours, materials or a motif, if you have one (a photo or sketch is fine)

Before you call.
How much does a new interior cost?
Every interior is different, so we quote once we have seen the vehicle or photos and agreed on materials and design. The consultation and design proposal are free.
Can you make my own motif or logo?
Yes. A name, company logo, club crest or drawing can be embossed in relief on the backrest or done in colour. Send us the motif in the best quality you have.
Which materials do you use?
Genuine and synthetic leather, fabrics and velour. Together we choose what suits the vehicle, how you use it and your taste.
Do you repair damaged seats?
Yes — torn, worn or damaged seats, steering wheels and panels. Send us a photo of the damage and we will tell you what can be done.
Do you work for customers outside Croatia?
Yes, our work can be found all over Europe. E-mail us photos of your vehicle and we will arrange the details.
Complaints
You can make a complaint in person at the workshop, by post to POL d.o.o., Ulica Franje Račkoga 76, 51000 Rijeka, or by e-mail to info@pol-ri.hr. We will confirm receipt without delay and reply within 15 days. More in the legal information.
